PowerKan offers various payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Here's a breakdown of the options and how they work. Pago con tarjeta bancaria

Select the "Card Payment" option if you wish to pay using your VISA, Mastercard, or Eurocard through our secure payment gateway (PowerKan uses Redsys). The payment process and all your card details are securely encrypted and transmitted outside our online store. We do not have access to the information you provide.

To ensure transaction security and protect our users from online fraud, PowerKan only accepts cards with protection systems enabled. You will be required to confirm your identity as the cardholder. Each bank uses its own verification method. We recommend checking with your bank or visiting their website for more information on security options like SecureCode and Verified by Visa.

Why might your credit or debit card be declined?

  • Expiration Date. Your card may have expired. Check the validity date and, if necessary, contact your bank.
  • Payment Limit Reached. You might have exceeded your card's usage limit. Verify your maximum spending limit with your bank and adjust it if necessary. Many banks allow you to manage this setting through their online platform.
  • Incorrect Details. Ensure all the required payment information has been entered correctly.
  • Geographic Location. If you're making a purchase from a country different from where your card was issued or shipping to a different country, your bank's security system might flag the transaction as suspicious and decline it. This often happens if you're traveling abroad and trying to make a purchase.

 

Payment via Bank Transfer

Select the "Bank Transfer" payment option. You will receive an email with your order number and the total purchase amount.

Access your online banking platform and initiate a transfer. Be sure to include your order number in the transfer description.

Transfer funds to the following account:

IBAN: ES30 3058 5305 7627 2000 4754.

PowerKan will process your order once the payment is received. This may take two to three days, depending on your bank's processing time. To expedite the process, you can send the payment receipt to powerkan@powerkan.es, including your order number in the email subject.

Important: any transaction fees charged by your bank for the transfer are your responsibility as the customer and are not deducted from the purchase price.

Orders made via bank transfer will remain active for seven calendar days. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

If you need the materials urgently, we recommend choosing another payment method for quicker confirmation, as bank transfers take longer to reflect in our account.

 

Secure Payment with Bizum

Bizum is another payment option available at PowerKan. This method allows you to make payments quickly and securely using only your phone number linked to your bank account. No banking details need to be entered on our website.

How does it work?

To pay with Bizum:
· Select this option during checkout.
· Enter your phone number and confirm the payment amount.
· You'll receive a notification in your mobile banking app to authorize the payment with a single click.

Make sure your phone number is already registered with Bizum through your bank to use this service.

 

Pay in Installments with Sequra

If you'd like to split the cost of your purchase, you can choose Sequra as your payment method.

With Sequra, you can divide your payment into three interest-free installments, six installments, or twelve installments. Once you select this payment option, a detailed breakdown of your purchase total and installment amounts will appear.

Click "Pay with Sequra" and provide the requested information (ID, phone number, and bank card). You’ll receive a confirmation of your financing request along with all the necessary details.
