Shipping terms

PowerKan strives to improve everyday, on how to send our products.

If delivery of the order is made within the Spanish Peninsular:
- Place your order through the web.
- The website will tell you the shipping cost of your order depending on weight.
- Shipping costs will be added to the price of your order when making payment by credit card.
- If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the web will tell you the total cost of your order (product price plus shipping) and you should make the transfer of that total amount.

If delivery of the order is placed outside the Spanish Peninsular (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla) as well as from the European Union:
- Place your order through the web.
- In 'Delivery Options' choose ‘Consult shipping costs'.
- PowerKan will send you an email with the shipping costs involved in your order, depending on the delivery location and the weight of the products.
- After knowing the shipping, if you choose to continue with your purchase, you must add these costs to the total amount of the order placed and pay by bank transfer. You will find all the information necessary to make the bank transfer in the email order confirmation that you will have received earlier.

Important: remember to make the transfer of the total amount; the costs of the order plus shipping costs provided by PowerKan.
- When Powerkan receives your bank transfer, then we will proceed with the preparation and delivery of your order.
