Log PK 180

The Log PK 180 has a diameter of 18 cm, a total length of 2.26 m and weighs 30 kg, making it perfect for Strongman and Crossfit® trainings.

The new central cylinder width is 126 cm and allows to be placed on any rig or rack; this way helps to train more technically the jerk of the movement.

The neutral grip and its average thickness of 40 mm make the lifting easier and less hard on the shoulders.

The bottom diameter of this product, compared to a Professional Strongman Cylinder, makes the center of gravity closer to the body, facilitating this way the lifting and maximal strength training.

The load bar is totally welded to two inner plates to get high impact resistance. The external part is not welded to avoid plates or bumpers being nailed or deformed due to impacts (picture detail). In this new model PowerKan logo is laser cut.
